Our servers and database are in Paris, the AI runs in the EU. Everything under the GDPR.
Encrypted
Everything travels over HTTPS. The keys to your Gmail are stored encrypted.
Never used to train AI
Not by us, not by our AI provider. Your email is only used to do what you asked.
Only the right people
Every project only sees its own email, and inside a team every inbox decides who can see it.
Google’s rules
Our use of Gmail data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
No passwords
You log in with a code by email. No password that can leak or be guessed.
Safe from tricky emails
Emails are data, never instructions: text that tries to steer the AI is flagged and ignored.
Backups every night
Kept for 30 days, encrypted, in the EU.
Yours to take or delete
Export your data any time. Disconnect a mailbox and our access stops at once; close your account and it’s deleted within 30 days.
